I worked with Cynthia for several cash out refinance loans that another lender cannot do. It was a very difficult file due to the many properties I have. Cynthia took my file and was able to do it! The only drawback I had throughout the whole process was at closing. Loan docs were setup for impounds on the new loan (which I requested to have no impounds).
